Welcome to Shattered Rain! We are a literate angel/demon/human roleplay that incorporates fantasy and science fiction. Set in the present day world of 2010, a group of scientist uncovered a temple hidden deep within ground. Many believed this to be a temple of the Gods but of what religion, no one could be sure. Upon opening the temple, they found it to be a tomb, locked forever by the Gods to keep the earth safe. What the scientists didn't know, however, was that by unlocking the doors of the tomb, they released ancient beings who's battle for world domination has yet to be completed.
Now that the ancient beings have been set free, the world is once more their battleground. Scientists referred to them as demons but many argued there were two sides to this war and called the other half Angels. No one knows of these ancient beings or which God(s) they call to but all the humans can understand is that they are now thrown into an epic battle of Earth domination.
Which side will you choose? Will you be the marauding demons or the protective angels or will you simply sit back as a human and wait for the end. The choose is yours. Welcome, to Shattered Rain.[/size
